You will guarantee the achievement of the P&L objectives related to eRetail & Food Service Aggregator through the proper management of all the Channels, Clusters and Customers, according to the defined Commercial Strategy

WHAT WE WILL DO TOGETHER

  • Lead eRetail & Food Service Aggregator strategy development and implementation for the Country, in-line with the Group level strategy.
  • Develop Digital and eCommerce Capabilities in Italy
  • Lead customer and channels engagement and management.
  • Lead digital change by building awareness and capabilities across the organization in close cooperation with capability team
  • Develop and implement eRetail & Food Service Aggregator BP and activation plans integrated with other channel plans, in cooperation with Account Managers
  • Prioritize online customers and budget allocation
  • Drive customer first approach and build win-win plans to guarantee BP target
  • Closely cooperate with Group Digital & eRetail & Food Service Aggregator Team to exchange know-how and roll-out Group initiatives (dotted line reporting);
  • Monitor competition and industry online trends and share with CCHs Digital Community
  • Develop test & learn initiatives annual plan to identify scalable shopper and customer insights; best practice sharing across organization;
  • Influencing & Collaboration with key internal stakeholders such as Channel Marketing, Customer Marketing, Commercial Finance, RGM and other departments involved in eRetail & Food Service Aggregator Strategy

ARE YOU THE MISSING INGREDIENT WE'RE LOOKING FOR?

  • At least 3 years experience in Key Account Management
  • People management experience
  • eRetail & FSA implementation planning experience
  • Digital-commerce tools & software knowledge
  • Full understanding of key financial indicators
  • Nego strategy advanced knowledge (annual agreements negotiation)
  • OOH channel knowledge to drive FSA growth
  • Advanced in English knowledge
